Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the workbench, process hosted checkout events, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

Workbench inputs may include clinical text samples, language selection, note type, de-identification method, workflow target, and receipt assumptions. Use synthetic or approved sample data unless a paid private workflow has been configured.

Payment checkout is handled by NOWPayments. We do not store card data, wallet secrets, private keys, passwords, or payment credentials.

Analytics events are used to understand pageviews, CTA clicks, checkout starts, payment returns, billing toggles, privacy preview runs, and referral categories such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Bing, Google, OpenAI, or direct traffic.
