Terms of Service

OpenMed Guard Studio is an independent workflow studio for teams evaluating OpenMed-compatible medical NLP, PII, and de-identification workflows. It does not claim maintainer affiliation or endorsement.

The service provides browser previews, workflow receipts, pricing paths, and implementation notes. It does not provide medical advice, legal advice, guaranteed clinical accuracy, regulatory certification, or production validation for every environment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting credentials, complying with open-source licenses, and validating any generated plan before production use.

Paid access is delivered through hosted checkout. Yearly billing receives a 50% savings compared with monthly pricing unless a written order states otherwise. Paid periods do not renew automatically unless a separate agreement says so.
